James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies (CNS), at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, combats the spread of weapons of mass destruction (WMD) by training specialists and providing analysis. It is the largest nongovernmental organization in the United States devoted exclusively to research and training on nonproliferation issues.
Many members of the Center's staff serve as expert advisers to policymakers on nonproliferation issues, and CNS seminars featuring decision-makers and analysts in the field provide a rich learning experience for students and staff alike.

I think a two front war with Pakistan and China is imminent so India might as well start to prepare for it. All signs seems to be pointing in this direction. China uses the Indo-US relations as an excuse. China will for sure attack us at some stage together with Pakistan. I dont think US nor Russia will help us so we need to build our own defensive and counter attack strategies.
Thank you very much for posting this. Its a great educational tool for not just the political ramifications of NK's program but how nuclear weapons are developed and the specific reactors necessary for the production of Weapons Grade Fissile Material. Shame that only hundreds have watched it.
